My work as an Integrative Psychotherapist

I draw upon different schools of psychotherapy in order to establish how the past might be impacting the present and how current issues in your private or working life may be causing you difficulties or distress.

In order to help you recover from whatever problems are troubling you the therapeutic relationship that you and I create together can be a source of support and comfort while providing a place in which to make sense of these issues so that, not only do you feel relief from your distress, but you can once again have greater authorship of your own life.

I have extensive experience in dealing with a wide range of problems in many varied settings including business, finance, publishing and the LGBT community, at our Canary Wharf and Berkeley Square premises, as well as working with clients in an NHS Hospital, HM prison, HIV clinics and The Priory, London.
